About Me
Hi, I'm Kara and I run Hair Of The Dog Portsmouth.
I have had dogs all my life and my biggest dream was to become a dog groomer.

Finally in the summer of 2018 my dream came true when I gained a City and Guilds qualification in dog grooming at Dandinis in Portsmouth and I opened my own home based salon! I have since moved into my own salon close to home in December 2019.
​
I believe dogs should be happy to come and be pampered, and that they are all individuals and have different needs, so I will try my very best to help your dog to feel calm and relaxed while they visit me.
